Ivy Close is at the bottom of the hill. It is a 'leafy suburb' on the edge of open country with areas of mature woodland close by. Road access is a bit convoluted so follow your GPS but there is also a foot bridge over the railway that provides access to St Cross and a fairly level walk into the City centre.
The house is in the catchment area of some really good schools, a short walk to major bus routes and within walking distance of the city centre and hospital.  It is also only a 5 minute drive to the M3 motorway.
