Hello and welcome to this 1 Bedroom studio situated in Upper Bevendean.
The house is very close to Brighton Univeristy Moulsecoomb and the Brighton city center area. Important to mention is that it was renovated last year with everything inside being new - wall paint, furniture etc. Rent is paid on the 1st of June and is available for either a short term 2 month from 1st of June until the end of July or a 12 month contract.

The bedroom is large and spacious, has a wardrobe, drawers and many other places to store all your belongings. The bed is large and has a kingsize, very comfortable mattress. There are outlets spread throughout the whole room for your convenience and several lamps to light it the way you want. There is extra storage space under the bed to put suitcases or boxes of things which you might not currently use.

Features of the kitchen/common area:

Again a spacious room which has a couch and table set up(table not currently in photos as is being repaired). The kitchen features an oven, hobs, fridge, freezer and all the things you would need to prepare a meal. The kitchen also has a lot of space to store your utensils so you do not need to worry about space. The couch is large and can sit four people properly. This is the main room with doors leading to the bathroom and bedroom(as shown in the pictures)

Bathroom does not need any specific description as all is seen on the pictures. Has a shower, sink, mirrors, outlets for shavers etc.
