The galley style kitchen will be fitted with a brand new oven and washing-machine. There is also a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

From the kitchen you access a shared garden via a cast iron staircase. The staircase catches the sun from early midday to late afternoon and is a lovely place for a cup of tea or a drink with friends.   

The Neighbourhood 

Central London location within Dalston (Zone 2) and on the borders of Kingsland Road, gateway to Shoreditch and Hoxton with all its clubs, restaurants, bars and art spaces. London Fields and Broadway Market are walking distance as are the more family oriented Stoke Newington and its popular Stoke Newington Church Street lined with very good and mostly independent, organic shops (Whole Foods), cafes and restaurants.

We have a bus stop outside and 4 train stations within 10 mins walk that can whiz you into central London or the City in about 25 mins, door to door.

Dalston Junction - trains south via Hoxton / Shoreditch.
Rectory Road - trains to Liverpool Street with connections all over London.
Hackney Downs - connections to Stansted Airport via Tottenham Hale.
