Room in a Shared House, Westcott Road, SE17

I am looking for a flatmate into a two bedroom house with a garden in Kennington. The house is one that you can call a home bright, with plenty of storage, sizeable living room and its own private garden (a rarity so close to central London).

It is a 5 minutes walk from Kennington station but also close to Elephant & Castle station (around 15 mins walk). It's also walking distance to Walworth Road, close to all the shops and East Street market. It's very well connected and I love that I can be anywhere in central London in just a little over 15 mins.

The room has a double bed, two semi built-in wardrobes with hanging space and shelves, a bedside chest of drawers and a table for studying/ working (if wanted).

Bills are not included and come to around £120/month. 

I am a professional easy going sporty girl who has enough hobbies to keep me occupied most of the evenings and weekends. I am looking for someone like-minded, as easy going sociable professional. You should be clean and tidy although I prefer a 'lived in' home rather than a showroom feel.  And ideally, you should not mind friends and family staying at times.
