We have always been told by tenants that the energy bills are quite reasonable. The flat is in Council Tax band B.
There is off street parking for two small cars (or one larger car) in the bottom of the garden. The city centre is about a 15 minute walk and there is a bus stop nearby.
The garden is mostly grass and the tenant will be expected to keep the garden tidy and mow the grass when necessary.
