5 mins from Archway tube station (Northern Line zone 2), and Highgate Village and shops, this is a superb location, in a stunning area, with Central London only 15 mins away by tube.

The price includes rent and all bills, except internet which is £12 extra per month. Also included in rent is a weekly cleaner, who regularly cleans all the communal areas.

We have a communal study room, a newly-tiled bathroom with good powerful shower and bath, kitchen-diner with washing machine, microwave, gas cooker & oven, plus a lovely balcony.

The flat is shared with 3 other flatmates (two girls and a guy), all working professionals in their 30s/40s, with young at heart and relaxed personalities. We are rarely all here at the same time, and all the bedrooms are large enough for our own living areas, so it’s a very tranquil flat.
