Fully furnished room available from April 25th 2016. The contract is a minimum 6 months stay, monthly rent includes all utilities (including Internet). The house is large in size and located in the trendy Hunters Bar area. The house is a few minutes walk from a variety of restaurants and shops on Ecclesall Road. A short 5 minute walk from the beautiful Endcliffe Park, ideal for jogging or spending the day with friends. It is a 10 minute bus ride away from city centre, with bus stops all conviniently located on Ecclesall Road (the closest being about a 2 minute walk from the front door). The flatmates are all professionals males under the age of 30. The lads are all great, friendly, helpful people who are easy to get along with. I am looking for someone who is responsible and respectful. All bills are included + rent for 378. There is parking available and a back garden.
