One double furnished room in large airy, sunny flat, for a single professional employed person.
Everything you need:- shops, public transport  ( train and buses) and eateries are on your doorstep
The heating system, carpets and all white goods are less than a year old.
The owner (working  registered health professional) of the property will live out  (away) for long periods of time, therefore at times you will live alone,  there is no time frame to this situation.

The double room has a wardrobe, small safe, chest, double bed, towel stand and clothing shelf, for storage of your items
There is a desk in the lounge for your personal use.
For your use  and  to be considered shared is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and bathroom with shower.
preference for a more mature tenant, that is social  on occasions, to share the odd meal and glass of wine, however  it is by no means a requirement.
