Located just off two of Camberwell’s most picturesque, green streets,the flat is very quiet and light, with wooden floors downstairs and a carpet upstairs. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom (with a shower and bath), a balcony, sitting room, separate kitchen and a huge shared garden with communal allotment and bicycle sheds. The balcony overlooks the garden and is perfect for a morning coffee/evening drinks in the summer.

Location &Transport:

The flat is a 5 min walk from Denmark Hill train station, with regular services to the City (13 minutes), Kings Cross (25 minutes), London Bridge (12 minutes) or Victoria (9 minutes).

The local bus stop, bar corner-shop are 2 minutes walk around the corner. Alternatively, Camberwell Church Street is 8 minutes away on foot, withshops, great bars and restaurants and bus connections to all across London.Elephant and Castle is 10 minutes by bus; Oval is 8 minutes away.

If you’re looking for some green space, Ruskin Park is a five minutewalk.

The share:

I'm a mid 20s professional - I work for a charity.

In my spare time I cook a lot (I'ma vegetarian), read, go to museums and galleries, run, watch TV, eat meals out and hang out with my friends and boyfriend.

In a housemate I'd like someone around my age, also a professional, who I can talk to in the evenings and have a glass of wine or dinner with after work occasionally. I have my own friends who I socialise with regularly, but I'm still around a fair amount and when I am I'd be up for hanging out a bit.

Concerning practical details: I'm clean in the kitchen, and work full-time so I'm not noisy late at night on week nights. I'm also not a particularly late-night person at weekends.
