We are looking for a housemate (preferably girl) for a singleroom in a three bedroom terraced house. We are peace loving, compromising andalways happy to help, so would prefer to have someone of similar personality.

The room offered is a good size single bedroom, convenientlysuitable for singles. It is completely furnished which includes a single bed,super large wardrobe and a side table. Has a double glazed window with tranquilstreet view and huge access to daylight. Super fast fibre optic internetconnection is included in the rent. All other bills i.e. water, electricity andgas are included in the rent.

The house has a large garden and two bathroom and toilet withboth bathtub and standing shower and kitchen – which are for equal sharing.

Location wise, the closest station is Goodmayes, which isonly 6 - 8 minutes by walk or 2 minutes by bus (bus stop is literally at frontof the House). Has access to night bus within the vicinity.

There are lots of local amenities around – specially a 24hours Tesco Extra by the Goodmayes station, King George Hospital is justminutes away, and Argos, Homebase, Aldi, 24 Hours McDonalds and many morerestaurants.
