Current residents are a friendly and respectful professional live in landlord (male) who is a part time lecturer and mental health manifesto writer and mature student lodger (female) who is studious and likes baking cakes.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including internet and TV,and you don’t have to worry about setting everything up yourself as it’s already all in place.

There will be shared use of bathroom between the current (female) and incoming lodger so for this reason the current lodger has expressed a preference for a female as the second lodger (as landlord I have my own separate ensuite bathroom).

Chatham and Gillingham railway stations are just 1 mile away, with bus journey time of 10 mins to Chatham station  and there is easy car access via the Medway Tunnel onto the A2 towards London or Canterbury. There's also lots of storage space for bicycles as it's a really convenient way of getting about on the Island.
