Gorgous 3 bed house just had complete re furb..£18,000 spent so top spec throughout. Just been completed so this will be the 1st tenant to move in to completely new home..rent is  £140 per week or £606 p/month. Im after a respectful, clean honest tenant I can trust to keep the house in lovely condition in turn i will leave the tenant to live happily, I wud like to b contacted with any problems as i like to make sure problems are sorted asap. im a nice fair landlord with a large property portfolio so good tenants is a must. my requirement are .. minimum 16 hours per week employment with last 3 months wage slips, credit check print out.( noddle do these for free),1 months rent upfront with a £250 bond which u receive back on last day of tenancy if house is left as u entered. ie no damage . Benefits is ok as long as u work 16 hours a week the top up is fine. Long term tenant required..No pets.. thanks simon.
