There's also an unofficial car parking space below the flat in the area which is shared with Firenze restaurant. I always parked my car there when I lived there and they were more than happy to accommodate. You occasionally have to give them a shout if you want to get out if they have parked behind you but they are only too happy to pop out and move their vehicle for you.
