ABOUT ME: I’m not looking for a buddy. I want to get someone in who is respectful of each other’s boundaries, someone who is independent, clean and tidy and doesn’t play loud music. Naturally we would occasionally socialize over a meal and a light chat. No pressures and no hidden surprises.
THE AREA: Tottenham itself is undergoing major renovation and offers a remarkable High Road with all sevices needed : supermarkets ( Aldi, Asda, Iceland, Sainsbury) , gyms ,swimming pool , major retailers and delightful bars and restaurants.The rent for bedroom is 500 per month including all bills and council tax.
TRANSPORT: Tottenham Hale station is 8 mins walk with Victoria line underground: Bruce Grove station is 3 mins walk, which goes to Liverpool st in 25 minutes. Buses: many (149, 259, 67, 243, , 242, 76, 73, 349 41 etc)
