I am renting the master bedroom in my end terraced house across from the Sports Centre in Hoyland. The house has just been redecorated throughout and includes all bills, sky tv and wifi.
The bedroom to rent has a king sized bed , a floor standing mirror, bedside cabinet, drawers and wardrobe.
You would not need to share any facilities as I am retaining the second bedroom for my own use.
The house is ready to view and I am supplying all furniture, crockery, towels and bedding.
Renting on a weekly or monthly basis you would be responsible for cleaning the property yourself.
