The rent is £975 per calendar month. No bills are included.  Council tax is approx. £71 per month with single person discount.  Utility bills are depending on your usage, however, the flat itself is good insulated and very warm in winter even without heaters on. You would need to pass the reference before having this lease changed over to your name.  Security deposit is £1,350 (6 weeks rent). 

The studio is facing south, therefore, you will get sun come into your living area when it is a good day.  Separate sleeping area to the living room.  Good connection to Canary Wharf and central London with Elverson Road DLR and Lewisham train station nearby.   You will be able to get to Canary Wharf within 15min or London Bridge within 10min. Ideal for working profession in central London or Canary Wharf. 

There is also on site resident gym available. Or alternatively, you can join the Glass Mill Leisure Centre which is 10min walk away that offers pool as well. Tesco superstore is also 5min away where you can get almost all of your daily grocery.

Date available is from 8 Jan 2016 but can be one day early if you want.
