3 Bed Semi-Detached House, Saxon Road, BN9
Overview
Bedrooms: 3 | Bathrooms: 1 |
Max Tenants: 4 | Location: Newhaven |
Description
The house is on a very nice street, with a real community vibe to it. There is free parking available on the street. The town centre is 3 minutes walk away and has a Co-op, a post office and an excellent curry house and chippy! Newhaven Town train station is 7 minutes away, it takes 1 hour 20 minutes to get to London. The bus stop which runs a fast bus service to Brighton centre (taking 20 minutes) is a 2 minute walk away. There are also two ferry crossings to Dieppe daily.
Newhaven is a small coastal town, steeped in history. There is an increasingly popular art scene locally and the Hillcrest Community Centre at the end of my street is an important hub for this. They run lots of events, from fitness to art, monthly cinema evenings to a weekly farmers market. They also have a superb cafe serving home cooked food. Newhaven is located right on the coast and there are some wonderful walks nearby. There is the harbour to enjoy; as well as the cliffs and a local wildlife sanctuary.
I am looking for long term tenants who take pride in their living space and will continue to look after the house like I have done. My job move is long term and I am not looking at moving back.
