Room in a Shared House, Constantine Avenue, YO10

I have a single room to rent close to local shops, bus routes and both St Johns  University and University of York. There is an upstairs bathroom and shower and a second toilet downstairs. There is a shared living room and kitchen with washer and drier. There is a large garden and off street parking. I also have a black labrador who is very friendly. I am also a smoker but that doesn't mean that you have to be. There are two of us living here at the moment and we both work full time mostly in the evening. All bills and internet are included. The Google photo must be very old as the front of the house has a driveway and gravelled area to the side.
