Ground Floor

Attic

Attic Rooms - staircase from landing leads directly into the first of two attic rooms (separated by curtained doorway) that stretch the full length of the house. There is good head height and windows at both ends (two windows in each room). There is lighting but otherwise limited electrics. The attic is carpeted but no radiators.

Grounds - There is a large parking area adjacent to the main entrance, with garden on the three further sides of the house. One area has been used as a kitchen garden. There is a patio area on the south side of the house. Attached to the house and accessed from the parking area an two outside sheds with one having been used for storing wood/coal. 

Services - The property is served by mains electricity and water. Sewerage is dealt with by septic tank. The main heating is via an oil fired central heating boiler located in the utility room. Secondary heating is provided the Raeburn in the kitchen and fireplaces in the main reception rooms.
