The house is currently on the market but the house has not sold yet so the room is available until the house sells. I am unable to guarantee any longer than 3 months as that is the time it takes for the sale of a house to compete. The house has been on the market for 4 months now and has not sold so it is a case of waiting for the right buyer to come along.
Who live in the house is myself, my boyfriend and our best friend. We live in a happy home and were always up for a good laugh but respect each others private/chill time.
I am looking for a single occupancy only.
The room includes double bed with mattress, bedding, pillows, duvet and wardrobe.. There is on street parking which is around £30 a month for a permit. What’s included in the price is rent, council tax, WiFi and water. Gas and electricity is separate and is split equally between the house.
