Hi, my name is Dyanna, I am the previous housemate. I was renting this beautiful double bed until I moved closer to town for work. My contract runs out on the 6th July. The 1st and 2nd month are £350, then £430 if you stay and renew your contract. Its a short term stay for 2 months but if you'd like to stay longer, it's great! You can carry on. ALL INCLUSIVE. Your lounge has 50 inch TV and independent cable TV.(separate full package box including sports channels)

You share your fridge, freezer, microwave, bathroom with ONLY 3 others.
There are 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) in the house
ALSO including all various household cleaning products, laundry wash and fabric softener, all kitchen utensils, and other items too, to be shared.
You could be saving over £5 a week in actual fact, with all the items that are included!

Double bedroom, 2 reception rooms ,2 BATHROOMS, very clean huge home.

Transport:
Bus: The bus number 36/38 comes every 10mins takes you into Piccadilly within 25/30mins (2mins walk)
Train station: There is a train station under 8minute walk away and it gets you into town within 15mins.

Shops:
There is a shopping centre only 2mins walk from the house. You have: HUGE tesco, Asda, Pets at home, Pound land, Savers, JD, Boots...

Library - right outside 1mins walk
Surgery is right next to it

Restaurants:
So many choices for restaurants and Nando's just opened up about 3mins from the house. You will find that pubs, takeaway restaurants etc are within 2-8min walk away from the house.

Laundry:
There is a Laundry place in the retail centre between Tesco and Asda for your big washing but there is also a washing machine in the house.

I've lived in this house for a few months now and it's a shame to leave, as the current tenants are so friendly and welcoming. There is one guy who keeps to himself and is very welcoming and the other girls were welcoming too and spend some time together too-often watching television downstairs. So whether you want to keep to yourself or make new friends is up to you.

Would suit studious/working, but sociable person Who likes finer furnishing fixtures and fittings. It is a very clean, odour free house.

Safe off road parking available.
