Room in a Shared House, Arrowsmith Avenue, WR2

Shared student house close to Worcester university. We have one room left open to rent for next term. We have 2 students in and need a 3rd student.  The house has limited parking at the front of the property and a garden at the rear of the property. The room which is free is at the rear of the property and is really quiet 

Gas and electric, broadband are included in the rental price. £120 per week and deposit £400 to cover damage and cleaning if needed. We try to return deposits where possible.

Please note we are a family owned engineering business and you will be dealing directly with us and no letting agents.

We are only allowed to accept students and proof of student identification will be required before we will issue a contract

Tenancy starts 1st July 2026 and finishes end June 2027. Option to do 8 weeks at 1/2 rent during summer break if the room is unoccupied or can provide full year occupations
