A large en-suite double room in Worcester Park, Greater London (a very safe place) is available. The room is on the first floor of our four- bedrooms house. A private toilet with a shower is built-in, and a king-sized bed with a lot of furniture.

Location: the house is located about 2-3 minutes walk away from a local Sainsbury, all local amenities and bus stops. A few minutes by walk to Worcester Park train station with frequent trains to Waterloo in Central London and Guildford (30 mins journey), 20 minutes to Kingston Town Centre by bus (even quicker by train).

Rent: £700pm inclusive per calendar month if stay over 6 months, all-inclusive. If stay 1-3 months, £800 per month. If stay 3-6 months, £750 per month.

The deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.

Not available for a couple, no DSS, no smokers, no pets.

Employment or school references, and landlord references are required.

One free parking is available in front of the house.
