The North Wing at Boningale Manor offers a first floor suite of 3 rooms, and shared facilities

Boningale Manor sits in a rural enclave off the A41, north of Wolverhampton and east of Telford.  The owners live in the South Wing of the Manor and make it their business to offer 4-star quality, quietly rural accommodation to those who appreciate it.  The North Wing of the Manor is ideal for a professional couple (same *** = no problem) or a professional seconded to work in the area for a period.   

What is offered that's 'private'? 

The reception is shared with the Manor, from where a private staircase leads up to the 1st floor North Wing suite of 3 centrally heated rooms, comprising

• 170 sq foot bedroom with a comfortable Super King bed, high quality wardrobe & chest of drawers and TV (et cetera)
• WC room, en-suite to the bedroom, with powered step-in shower and WC
• 130 sq foot lounge, with settee and TV (et cetera)

"Et Cetera" means the bedroom and lounge will be equipped following discussion and agreement. 

The bedroom overlooks a herb garden & countryside (so no street lights) and is provided with both black-out curtains and blinds. Night-time noise levels have been measured at only 30dB, so a peaceful sleep can be anticipated. 

What's shared? 

Use of a large & very well-equipped kitchen, and a substantial laundry (note that the rental price includes a weekly supply of laundered bedding and towels!).  There are several properties in the grounds of Boningale Manor; all residents share have communal access to the Sunken Garden. 

What's included?   Agreed furnishings,  central heating, electricity, water, council tax, weekly linens, reasonable wear & tear.
