Situated 3 mins walk from Woking Station, in a lovely, large house on a quiet crescent.
The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. (If you have own furniture- happy to accommodate). The bedroom also has its own sink within the room.
Live in Landlords (couple) will live on the ground floor and have their own living room and bathroom.
There is a smaller, third bedroom on the first floor (between the two large rented rooms). This will remain vacant and will be used as a spare bedroom for friends/family (which tenants are welcome to use when agreed). The house is big, but we think 4 people in total will be a good number, so as to not be too crowded.
The house also has a garage that we, the landlords will be using, however tenants are welcome to use it for certain items if required e. g. bikes.
We are a professional couple, 36 and 38. One of us will be working full-time (9-5) from home in an office space on the second floor. We also have a 4-month-old puppy dalmatian, although she stays on the ground floor.
We have just moved into the property from London, following changes in working circumstances, however, we will still be travelling to and from London regularly.
We are interested in movies, music, the outdoors, board games and are looking forward to having BBQ's in our huge garden!
We are looking for a professional male or female to join the tenant we already have.
We are looking for friendly, clean and considerate tenants, who are happy to socialise on occasion, but also appreciate independence and space.
All bills are included in the rent (which includes 500mbps fibre broadband), which will be paid a month in advance along with one months rent as a deposit.
The room is available from the 7th July and we are very happy to answer any questions and show the room and house whenever suits.
