All bills - incl high speed Virgin broadband are included. The property allows for one car to be parked on site with a parking permit obtained after registration of the car. The current tenants do not own a car. Additional cars can be parked off-site on nearby roads.

The tenancy is subject to the usual referencing and a 4-week deposit held by the DPS.
