We have two lovely double rooms, both with their own ensuite shower rooms, and available now. One is priced at £550/month and there other at £575/month.
All our rooms are furnished with a stylish, solid double bed with great storage space underneath, a high quality mattress (for a great night's sleep!), and generous storage provided by a bedside table, a wide oak-finished chest of drawers spacious and large wardrobe so you'll have plenty of room for all your clothes. You have an aerial point to connect your own TV if you so desire.
Amenities and Bills:
- All bills are included - we make it easy for you with one simple monthly Direct Debit payment
- Our well-equipped kitchen-breakfast room with your own food storage cupboard
- Washing machine and separate tumble dryer in utility area in outhouse
- Use of the large, sunny garden to the rear of the house (table and chairs to be added) - brilliant with a cold beer or glass of wine in the summer!
- Fast fibre-optic BT wi-fi broadband throughout the house - unlimited, and with fast download speeds!
- Cleaner for communal areas
- Off-road parking in front of the house, plus more on street parking
- Access to secure outhouse in garden to store your bike

Unfortunately, we can't take couples, those not in work or with verified student finance, or those wishing to have children stay. Students are likely to require guarantors.
