A 2 bedroom flat on the top floor of a centrally located listed building in the rural town of Wiveliscombe. It was recently refurbished throughout, with a new kitchen, new bathroom, new boiler, and new flooring. It is only accessed via stairs so is not suitable for people with mobility issues or perhaps very small children as the final flight of stairs are quite steep. However, the views from the flat are fantastic and it has a very sunny aspect from the large lounge. Wiveliscombe is a small town situated 9 miles west of Taunton. It is ideally located to explore the Brendon Hills, the Quantocks, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as Exmoor National Park. Wiveliscombe is a bustling town comprising pubs, restaurants and an interesting variety of independent shops. There is a local market right outside the building on a Saturday morning selling locally made produce. There is no allocated parking but there is parking available in the two free car parks in Wiveliscombe, both within a couple of minutes minutes walk from the property. 
The flat will be empty from the 25th December and will be thoroughly cleaned throughout. Therefore, we feel able to provide viewings, with the ability to socially distance through out the viewing.
