My house is situated in an ideal location of Swanlow Lane, close to the town centre and not far at all from the countryside, railway station, good acesss to M6, Manchester, Chester and central for local attractions. The old market towns of Nantwich, Sandbach, Northwich, Middlewich, Crewe are close by. You’ll love our house because of the luxurious featured character. It's very clean, super friendly and has a lovely ambience. We look forward to welcoming you as our new housemate. :-)
The Rooms:
The rooms are fully furnished and decorated which offers plenty of storage space.
Car Parking and Bills included:-
On street parking is available and is free.
The monthly rent will include all bills:- gas, electric, water, council tax and super high speed internet.
Note:- TV licence not included.
Facilities:-
65 inch Smart LED TV, large American fridge and freezer, another fridge in utility room, washing machine, dryer, iron board, iron, allocated kitchen fridge / unit space for all sharers.
The People:
I am a liveout professional landlord and only live down the road. So I am very much contactable. My professional cleaners do frequent communal cleaning and gardening to make sure the place is of the highest standard.
There is a lovely pond and lots of sitting areas for you to enjoy in the summer.
All the housemates are also warm, friendly individuals. They have a range of hobbies including cycling, walks, the great outdoor, food festival.
We all work in various hours. We never have any clashes when it comes to using the facilities.
You will find us very welcoming, sociable and easy to get along with.
On top of all that this is a licenced HMO and has been through a stringent fire safety regulations. You will have a piece of mind that you are living in a safe envirnoment.
