Ample on-road parking. The room is light and bright, with a pleasing picture window outlook over the garden. The house is detached with five bedrooms (two are en-suite) and it is licensed as a ‘House Share’ for full-time working professionals (working daytime hours). It is located less than ten minutes’ drive from Leighton Buzzard railway station.

There is ample road parking and pleasant gardens.

The rent price of £550 is for single occupancy. There is a £45 per month rent surcharge for the first two months.

The room shares a bathroom with two other (male and female) ‘house-mates’. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Bills included are: Utilities, Council tax, broadband, lounge TV licence, gardening. Periodic cleaning to communal areas of the house. The tenants pay for consumables such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc. 

The communal rooms downstairs are: a large kitchen/dining room, a dining room, a good size lounge (with 4k TV), cloakroom, hall, and a laundry area in the garage which is accessed from inside the house.

A comfortable and stable environment – three of the house-mates have been resident for approaching two years.

All the extensive leisure and entertainment facilities of Milton Keynes are just a short drive away.
Wing is a large village, with a shop, take away, pubs, social groups and excellent bus and road transport links. The house is opposite open countryside, beyond a main road.
