This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Violating this rule is a breach of house policies and will result in immediate eviction by security without a refund.
Additionally, your security deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred as a result.
Noise & Smoking Policy
As this home is in a quiet neighborhood, quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Any loud music, parties, or smoking indoors will trigger our noise and air monitoring systems, leading to immediate removal from the property.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a smooth check-in, guests must complete our online check-in form, which includes:

Submission of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport
A £250 pre-authorization on a valid credit or debit card (this is not an actual charge but may be used to cover damages, loss, or non-compliance with our policies if necessary upon checkout).
