This property is a cosy, Victorian terraced cottage in the centre of Windsor ( 100m from Castle ).  It is nicely furnished and the large open plan lounge is brick/ beam style with an open wooden staircase and wooden floor.  It currently has every necessary furnishings, bedding , towels and kitchen equipment, but of course these smaller items can be removed as required....  but the larger items such as lounge furniture and beds would have to remain ( unless a storage arrangement could be agreed ).It enjoys a great location, with the river Thames and Alexander Gardens just around the corner and both train stations a few minutes away.... ideal for London commuting !The property is well insulated with double glazed windows ( apart from the large lounge bay window ) and is therefore inexpensive on utilities.  TV and broadband are currently provided by Virgin ( via underground fibre optic cables ) which is fast and excellent quality! All in all, a lovely place to live ....but due to the open plan wooden staircase, it’s not ideal for toddlers I’m afraid.
