This bright and airy studio apartment is part of our sheltered housing complex. Rent includes heating, hot water, gas, electricity, water and council tax bills, so you can enjoy a worry free, comfortable lifestyle in the heart of the Lake District. Two freshly prepared meals (lunch and tea) are provided daily, which can be taken in the dining room with other residents or in your apartment if you prefer.

Situated on the first floor, which benefits from a lift, the flat opens into a small entrance hall with doors to the bathroom and main living space. The living/bedroom area is a good size with entry phone system, telephone / tv sockets, large radiator and views over the mature gardens.

This leads to the kitchen equipped with sink and drainer, two ring electric hob, plenty of fitted storage cupboards, another radiator and space for a fridge. The large  window also overlooks the gardens.

The bathroom is a wet room style providing easy accessibility, with WC, sink unit, mirror, cabinet and shower with grab handle. There is also a radiator with integrated heated towel rail.

Within the building is a communal lounge for socialising and relaxing and a shared laundry. Guest rooms are available for visiting friends and family along with a door entry system for security and peace of mind.

Located in Windermere, Nine Oaks’ surroundings are quiet and secluded yet convenient for all the amenities the village has to offer. It is just a few minutes easy walk from the high street with its shops, supermarkets, library, wealth of coffee shops and excellent transport connections.

Residents are free to arrange their own care or support packages if required. Small, well behaved pets are welcome. Regular social events are organised such as coffee mornings, gentle exercise classes and games sessions. We also like to celebrate special occasions throughout the year such as Easter, Harvest and of course, Christmas.
