Get this beautiful 2-bedroom Victorian serviced apartment in Wimbledon all-inclusive of bills and without having to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. You will not have to worry about registering for council tax or utilities, as these are all set up already and paid for by Phoenix Serviced Apartments. The apartment is fully furnished & fully equipped including a fully fitted kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, smart TV with Freeview, and free wi-fi. Linen and toiletries are provided.
Terms of Stay:
1. The rent per calendar month is £2500 which is inclusive of council tax, water, electricity, gas and wi-fi. It Available to rent by the night (minimum 2 nights), by the week or by the month.
2. The apartment is managed by Phoenix Serviced Apartments. It is a serviced apartment and therefore some restrictions apply during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are only permitted to hire out to keyworkers or people who would otherwise be made homeless e.g. end of a tenancy or you have sold your home and have nowhere else to live.
3. You will have to supply us with your personal and contact details and those of your guests.
4. You will have to sign our Terms and Conditions; this is a legal requirement. The reason we ask you to acknowledge the T&C's is to protect you the guest/s and ourselves, to ensure we are fully covered by our insurance.
5. You will have to provide a government ID such as a passport or driver's license which must match the name of the credit card used to pay for the stay. Unfortunately, there are some unscrupulous people in this world, and we need to ensure that we do not fall victim to fraud. Please note that unless you sign the T&C's you will sadly not be permitted access to the apartment.
6. No deposit required. A sum of £400 will be pre-authorised on your credit card as a security deposit for damages or losses. No money will be taken off your credit card. After you check-out and following inspection within 48 hours of you leaving, this pre-authorisation is canceled provided no losses or damages have been found.
7. You will have to pay for your stay in advance. For stays of longer than a month, you may pay monthly in advance.
8. The apartment is only suitable for 4 guests. Should you bring more guests than are stated on your booking you may be liable for an extra £50 per head per night or be asked to vacate the apartment.
Phoenix Serviced Apartments Cancellation policy:
i. 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and/or if the check-in date is at least 14 working days away.
ii. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
iii. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
iv. If for any reason Phoenix Serviced Apartments is required to cancel a guests' booking such as a boiler breakdown causing lack of heating &/ hot water, a bathroom or kitchen not functioning, a pest infestation, construction work at the property or an adjacent property affecting the quality of the stay, or a key appliance not functioning e.g. fridge they will endeavour to relocate the guest to a similar and suitable replacement apartment as near as possible to the location of the original booking, failing which they will attempt to find hotel accommodation. In the unlikely event this is not possible a 100% refund will be provided.
