"I lived in the property from May 2014 and have always been very happy there. The apartment is ideal for a single person or couple; it is easy to keep warm and the utilities are very reasonable as well. I never had any problem with neighbours or noise. The main front door to the apartment block is only accessed via a security fob which made me feel very safe when I was living alone.
The landlord, Andy, is a brilliant landlord and always ensures repairs are completed in a timely manner and to a good standard. I never had any problems with him and found him really easy to discuss any issues with."
