Great location: quiet street near the beach, station, and town centre. The room is at the rear of the house and looks onto gardens. Parking is on-street, free. The room is at the back of the house, far from the lounge and with the bathroom between it and the other bedroom on this floor, so the room is very private. 

You'll be living with the live-in landlord - a publisher and outdoorsy type, 50 (she/her). All diets welcomed, meat is eaten in the house. I love positivity, kindness, fun, music, laughter, singing, mutual respect, tidiness, cooking healthy food, planning beach walks, bike rides, weekend adventures. 

A deposit will be required. References may be required and a referencing agency may be used.
