The kitchen is well equipped with under counter fridge freezer, an all in one microwave/oven/grill in which can do roasts, pizza, chips, pies and microwavable dishes, pots/pans/plates, glasses and crockery are all included. 

The accommodation is tastefully furnished, has its own central heating with timer, is double glazed throughout and well insulated with no damp. There is a smart TV, good WI-FI and the lodger can use the washing machine and dryer in the adjacent utility room of the main house. 

The professional person has their own private access, off road parking behind electric gates with CCTV for 1 car and a private patio garden with outdoor table and chairs included.

The flat is less than 2 minutes drive to Westerham, 5 minutes drive to Oxted (with trains to London Bridge and Victoria) and approximately 5 miles to Sevenoaks. Easy access to M25 junctions 5 and 6 and approximately half hour drive to Gatwick. Plenty of countryside walks, activities, leisure centres, pubs and restaurants.

As this is a separate building, the lodger pays for own use of gas. All other bills included such as electricity, water, Broadband, TV License and council tax. Netflix or Prime included.

Available for minimum 6 months, but would prefer minimum 1 year plus.
