We take only working professionals above 23 years and limit the house to a maximum of 4 tenants. You have no obligation to socialise. The current tenants are quiet and very respectful. We take great care in selecting our tenants to live in and make it their home.

All rooms are fully furnished. This 1 massive room has a king size bed with 2 drawers storage underneath and 2 double built-in wardrobes& 2 cupboards. The other 3 large rooms has each a large double bed with new memory foam mattress. All rooms have wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and some extras to make it homely. There are additional big cupboards for storage in the house.

The house has downstairs a large kitchen over-viewing the rear garden, with 2 large fridges/freezers, washing machine and other white appliances. Upstairs you will have a very large 3 pcs fresh white & clean bathroom with shower in the bathtub, WH basin & WC. There is also a second separate WC & WH basin.
