We are looking for a flatmate for our houseshare.
Furnished double room on the ground floor. Very large room with lots of light from the window. Furnished with antique furniture (except the bed and mattress, which are brand new). The whole house has a lovely rustic feel to it.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Southend High Street, and a 10 minute walk to both Southend Victoria and Central stations. Loads of amenities nearby, great location. A 10 minute drive from the hospital or airport too. Not far from the seafront either!
We have an off-road parking space and a nice sized garden too.
3 lovely ladies currently living here (in July a male will be moving in to replace one). We are a mix of working professionals and a working student.
At the moment we have a cat who is very friendly, but only to humans, so unfortunately we cannot allow any other pets (although the cat will be moving out in July too).
Ideally looking for someone sociable, respectful and clean! Somebody who wants to live here and treat it as their home.
