Good quality furniture. Double room with 49” Smart TV, The rooms are neatly decorated carpeted, furnished, and clean.

A room to relax in. Good atmosphere with a live in, experienced, listening landlord. The house is safe and very secure, well organised and informal. There are three rooms to let, two are let to one male, one female professional relaxed, sociable young (ish) tenants. Who seem genuinely happy to live here.

The photos aren't professional! Viewing is a must because the place is very acceptable.

The house is in a gentrified road. A handy convenience shop is a short walk away with Hamlet Court Road perhaps a 5 minute walk.

There are also several very good take-away food establishments within easy walking distance plus numerous shops.

Leigh on sea is not far away lots of bars and nice eateries.
