Good strong easily adjustable  shower, bath and washbasin, constant hot water. Seperate WC.

Westcliff Rail Station is a few minutes’ walk away, Southend Hospital, the Airport and the major shopping areas are all convenient. The highly rated Palace Theatre is within walking or a short taxi ride away, as is the Cliffs Pavilion.

The house is in a good quality, quiet road. A handy convenience shop is a short walk away with Hamlet Court Road perhaps a 5 minute walk.

There are also several very good take-away food establishments within easy walking distance plus numerous shops.

Leigh on sea is not far away lots of bars and nice eateries.

There are no hidden costs the rent is fully inclusive.

The broadband has been upgraded recently and of course is available 24/7 

Generally the house is light, airy and clean. We try to keep it as fresh as possible and easy to live in. 
 

We have two quiet sociable tenants and would like another.
