The house has had recent improvements to make it a comfortable home, is fully furnished, and has a separate dining room and comfy sitting room with large TV....... great to socialise in after work. There are also 2 bathrooms

There is gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and warm, plus a fairly secluded rear garden to enjoy. White goods are also included.

There’s even a fortnightly cleaner (for communal areas) and a gardener at no extra charge.

The room is for single occupancy and full time working professionals and if you are a smoker then outside only please. Sorry, no pets.

The current tenants are aged between 25 and 40 and are all working professional, some doing master degrees as well as working. We have 2 spanish room mates and 2 english. Its not a party house and all the tenants get on well and are tidy and respectful. 2 work at Southmead Hospital, 1 in adult care, and 1 in engineering for EDF. there are 2 male and 2 female. No couples allowed. Any prospective tenant will have to be a student or employed
