We are looking for an easy going person(single occupancy only) to share our newly built and spacious 2-bed flat. The room comes fully furnished with King size bed, double wardrobe and Chest of 6 drawers.

It is a secured building with a key fob entrance, with 24/7 Conceirge service, bicycle storage space, access to private garden (only for residents) and Cinema room (with small charge).

Flexible to discuss any requirements, Mon - Fri let is also considered. All bills are included and we have super fast broadband - it's fibre optic. Vegetarian preferred.

The flat is located close to Sainsbury’s, Tesco express, Lidl, McDonalds in walking distance. 24 hours ASDA can also be walked to or can take bus.

The flat is in a walkable distance to Wembley Park underground station (Metropolitan and Jubilee line) and Metropolitan line train to the city with a 13 minutes to Baker Street, 21 minutes to Kings Cross and 29 minutes to Liverpool Street! Numerous buses (83, 92, 182, 223) just outside the flat, also included Night buses.

Coming to the area itself, the flat is literally 3 minutes walk from Iconic Wembley stadium, Wembley Arena ! London’s The Only Designer outlet is also 4 mins walk from the flat offering a great place for retail therapy with lots of restaurants and Cineworld. Soon we are also getting a Boxpark which means more options to eat, drink and play !

Motorway connection is just 12 mins drive, Wembley stadium station trains direct to Marylebone (every 15 min). Wembley Central (Bakerloo and Overground) is about 10 minutes away via bus.
