Just 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station and even less than that to Wellington Centre, we're offering a double room in an all bills inclusive newly refurbished house in Wellington. Our new high gloss grey kitchen, italian black leather bar stools and grey oak style floor make for a cool and contemporary kitchen. All kitchen equipment is provided and, unlike many house-shares, we boast our own A++ rated tumble dryer to try to make everything about life a little more convenient.

The bathroom has also been refurbished - and there'a second cloakroom on the ground floor.

We've super fast virgin broadband and even the TV licence is paid for.

We have a fabulous cleaner for all communal areas fortnightly - she'll happily take on room cleans too for an additional cost.

This house takes safety to the max with fire doors to all bedrooms and kitchen and a hard wired fire alarm system. Again, unlike many house shares, our doors are painted in calming Farrow and Ball colours to help make it feel more like home. We've a 24 hour emergency maintenance pledge - so that you can feel secure knowing you'll have everything you need working and in good order.

Backing onto the bowling club, the house has good views and peaceful neighbours, a garden (with gardeners included!) to enjoy and parking is available too.

With no deposit (subject to references and a guarantor) no admin fees and just one month's rent in advance (£329). You can move in pretty much straight away (subject to checks which are paid for by us and completed very quickly).
