I have cute, light and airy double furnished room to rent in my 3 bedroom, modern house in Welling.

The room has a double wardrobe, tall boy dresser, under bed storage. It looks over the garden.

The property is located on a quiet, residential street but is just a 10 minute walk away from Falconwood Station and Welling Station.  Its a two minute walk to the nearest bus stop.  A five minute walk will bring you to the local high street, which has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It also has a handy corner shop at the end of the road.  Its is conveniently near to the A2 motorway.

The house has modern kitchen, bathroom, Wifi included, Netflix.

Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer. 

The lounge is a through lounge with a dining table. 

There is a modern bathroom downstairs with extra large bath and powerful shower over the bath. WC unit and sink.

The three double rooms are upstairs.

I will share the third spare room with the tenant which has extra wardrobe space . 

There is a car parking space for the house mate.

The house has big garden that and gets the sun on it most of the day with huge decking area, BBQ and hammock

. I also have a loft for storage for the tenant if need be.
