It is a 7 minute drive or 15 minute easy cycle ride to the Royal Veterinary College Hawkshead campus.

Welham Green is lovely village with excellent amenities. It is ideally located for commuting into London and for the RVC. Hatfield House and Park is a few minutes drive away and the Hertfordshire countryside is virtually on the doorstep.
