The kitchen and dining area is the hub of your home. There is plenty of well thought out spaces for socialising, cooking and dining together. The well stocked kitchen and eat-in lounge area are organised in such a way that should you decide to cook for one or for plenty, everyone will have space to flow freely. We have made worktop space a big priority as well as storage cabinets.You will enjoy 2 x state-of-the-art induction hobs that are cool to the touch (wipe clean), 2 x self-cleaning double pyrolitic ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher and 2 x double fridge freezers. Alexa is on hand should you wish to check up on the weather forecast, ask for a recipe, or set a reminder.

Grab a quick coffee at the Nepresso coffee machine and have a quick breakfast at the spacious breakfast bar in the light-filled kitchen, or maybe you fancy a full-on feast on the big dining table. Wait for the summer to eat out on the patio. The lounge area is the perfect place to hang out, eat and work. USB power points and mesh disc in lounge for super fast connectivity. Netflix and Apple TV included on the big smart TV.

Your bedroom is your own private haven. The interiors are muted so you can relax, whilst still bold and brooding. Again, we have worked hard to incorporate as much storage space as possible whilst keeping your room beautiful. All bedrooms have orthopaediac double beds for a superb night’s rest, a work space with plenty of shelving, under-bed storage and huge wardrobe spaces, plenty of power points with USB connectivity and CAT Ethernet cables. Walls have been prepared to hang your TV. Carpets are luxuriously thick and plush underfoot. We like to keep a sense of privacy around the bedrooms so you will either have your own en-suite or share with just one other roommate, with your (spacious) bathroom placed strategically to maintain your privacy. Wonderful rainhead showers and storage in all bathrooms. Mornings are a breeze with a new water system for an endless supply of hot water and great water pressure at all times.

A beautiful home works efficiently and like clockwork- we know you like order and clean spaces so we have provided a huge utility cupboard with handheld Dyson (for those quick cleans) as well as all the other standard fare. Don’t worry; you won’t be stressed as your cleaner will be visiting weekly to keep the shared living areas lovely. 

We are hands-on landlords and proud of our homes and the wonderful people who live in them. You will never deal with an agent and all your calls will be answered by us, with a regularly checked message group used solely to report any maintenance issues which willbe addressed within 24 hours. We don’t charge extra for laundry or tumble dryer use- this is your all inclusive home. All bills, council tax, heating,electricity and superfast broadband with WiFi Mesh technology included.
