Hi, I’m Kiran, I recently have renovated my 2 bedroom apartment in Carpenders Park, Watford. I have recently moved in and am looking for a room mate

The apartment itself has been refurbished to a high standard. The new tenant will enjoy full access to the house including; the living room (with smart TV), kitchen (fully equipped and with new appliances including a dishwasher), bathroom and balcony. The tenants bedroom is a large double room (new Emma mattress) with plenty of room for storage. I’d strongly recommend a viewing.

The house is located in Carpenders Park, Watford (with parking available, and is about a 10 minute drive or 5 minute train to Watford town centre which boasts a brilliant shopping centre, IMAX cinema, bowling alley, large supermarket (tesco), lots of restaurants and bars.

Watford General Hospital is around a 10 drive . The apartment is a quiet suburban area overlooking the woods..

For me, choosing the right lodger is important. I’d like to find a working professional who I can become friends with. Having someone who is clean and respects the house, treating it like their own is also important. LGBT friendly
