For rent is a double ensuite room with private lounge in a quiet part of Waterlooville.

We are a relaxed male couple looking to rent out our spare rooms to a considerate individual that will appreciate a private lounge. Main kitchen is shared plus shared stairs and hallway.

Master suite includes built in wardrobe and is large enough for Queen sized bed or could be used as larger lounge with en suite.

Second room is adjacent and is large enough for double bed or used as a smaller lounge.

Both rooms have tv Arial ports and good 68 mb internet access.

All general household bills are included except for food.

Fully equipped kitchen including filtered cold water, cooker, microwave, kettle washing machine etc

Parking is on street without issue

Would consider part week rental if required
