🍽The communal modern fitted kitchen/ diner is well equipped with 2 hobs, 2 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers. A regular cleaner is provided as a courtesy.

All rooms are en-suite and fully furnished. Bills are included* in the monthly rent payment.

Parking is on street. There is even a back yard with secure bike storage.


To try and keep our houses as happy houses, all our tenants need to be fully referenced (this means you as well!), but the great news is, if you can answer YES! to these 3 simple questions below, we can usually agree a viewing:                                                                                                                                            

1. Do you earn more than THREE times the advertised rent? Or have proof of funds to support your application (if you are a student)?
2. Is your bank account always in credit (not overdrawn) and you have a clear credit history (that means no active or satisfied CCJs, IVAs, bankruptcies or other debt recovery plans)? - NOTE: this point applies to all adults who will be living at the property.
3. Are you planning to stay for at least SIX months?
